We are proud and honored to have the opportunity to collaborate with MSF Sweden, Médecins Sans Frontières (or Doctors Without Borders) on a very exciting Service Design and Innovation project.
MSF provides medical care in low-resource and emergency settings providing a wide variety of services where operational flexibility is one of their core competences. At the same time the conditions can sometimes be extremely challenging. The project will focus on improving efficiency and simplicity in the workflow for the medical staff working in the field units delivering treatment of injuries and disease, maternal care and providing humanitarian aid.
MSF is an international, independent, medical, humanitarian organisation. MSF delivers emergency aid to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics, healthcare exclusion and natural or man-made disasters.
