Veryday’s approach is highly collaborative, which was key to the success of our project. First of all, it lead to a strong idea generation phase with ideas coming from multiple stakeholders in the organization. Secondly, it resulted in us taking a stronger ownership of the end deliverables.

As we pioneered new collaborative methods, our team worked side by side with management at Svenska Spel to establish an Innovation Lab.
The Innovation Lab enables stakeholders and experts from different divisions in the organization, to get engaged in the process and contribute in a participatory format.
This results in stronger, customer focused ideas generated from a much more efficient and inspiring process. Our collaborative approach, created internal buy-in from different stakeholders in the organization, opening up for a faster and smoother implementation.
