In a recent public procurement Veryday has been chosen as Service Design partner for Svenska Spel, the largest gaming operator in Sweden wholly owned by the Swedish State. Veryday has collaborated with Svenska Spel for a few years on various assignments in the Service Design field and the focus has been on improving the customer experience and increase customer value of their different services.

Svenska Spel is striving to enhance the customer experience by developing more user-friendly and relevant services. Strong customer experience builds a strong relationship between customer and brand. High value for the customer also generates high value for the company. That is exactly what service design achieves by effectively involving customers in the idea and solution development for next-generation service offerings.

Ever since its inception in 1969 Veryday has pioneered user-centered design and received international attention for the development of methods to gather information about users needs, motivations and desires. Recently Veryday reinforced their commitment to developing people-driven innovation through industry-leading expertise by recruiting one of the industry’s main representatives, Stefan Moritz, who is an internationally recognized Service Designer. Stefan has worked with numerous blue chip brands including Adidas, Disney, Nokia and Philips. Veryday was one of three agencies that were selected to deliver both design and research. The two year contracts starts in the spring 2013.
